<h1 style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">又是一年麥黃時(shí)</b></h1><h1 style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">撰文攝影 昊天</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 我的家鄉(xiāng)在山區(qū)農(nóng)村，父母都是農(nóng)民，我的家鄉(xiāng)給我留下的是無(wú)限的記憶和回味，兒時(shí)所有的回味全在那片黃土地上。我和哥哥、姐姐小時(shí)候經(jīng)常幫爸媽收割麥子，父母在這片黃土地上辛苦了一輩子，黃土地上土壤被父母的汗水浸透了一年又一年。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 從種地開(kāi)始，到來(lái)年收割，非常的辛苦和繁忙，麥子黃的季節(jié)，就怕下雨和冰雹，怕一年的收成分分鐘鐘變成絕收，麥黃的季節(jié)祈禱不要下雷陣雨。白天收割以后，回家還要順路用架子車?yán)溊ψ踊厝?，回到家媽媽做飯，爸爸和我們還要把麥捆子收拾在一起，防止晚間下雨，吃飯結(jié)束也就是晚上十點(diǎn)以后了。如果晚上月亮還好，晚上還要到地里收割麥子，因?yàn)辂溩狱S了，不收割，就會(huì)掉麥穗頭。有一次夜晚收割麥子，好像是十五的月亮，天氣很好，夜空也是非常的清澈，夜晚的潮氣已經(jīng)降落，路邊的小草上都是露水，隱隱的可以看見(jiàn)遠(yuǎn)處的峰巒，溝里全部是霧氣，除了青蛙的叫聲，就是鐮刀割麥子的聲音。我不小心把手割了，疼得我直哭，那天晚上父母也就收工帶我回家包扎傷口，那個(gè)年代真的非常辛苦，那時(shí)候我正在師范上學(xué)，暑假收割麥子，曬的黑黑的，和城里的孩子比較，我就是像非洲來(lái)的。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 在我老家把碾麥子叫碾場(chǎng)，少年時(shí)代，農(nóng)村收麥碾場(chǎng)的場(chǎng)景至今歷歷在目。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 割完麥子接下來(lái)就是碾場(chǎng)，在我老家八十年代初，剛剛開(kāi)始“包產(chǎn)到戶”，機(jī)械化程度還很低，碾場(chǎng)時(shí)第一道程序就是要用架子車把地里的麥捆拉到場(chǎng)里來(lái)，拉麥子的活一般由男人干，因?yàn)槲覀兝霞沂巧絽^(qū)，路不是很平坦，拉麥子很吃力。許多人都是在天沒(méi)有亮以前就開(kāi)始拉麥子，等天亮?xí)r已經(jīng)把麥子拉到場(chǎng)里。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 拉完麥子下一道程序就是攤場(chǎng)，就是把麥桿擺放在場(chǎng)里，讓麥穗露在上面能曬到太陽(yáng)。一般要在早上八、九點(diǎn)以前攤完場(chǎng)，讓太陽(yáng)曬三、四個(gè)小時(shí)，到中午十二點(diǎn)左右開(kāi)始碾場(chǎng)。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 我記得七十年代初，我七、八歲時(shí)，碾場(chǎng)大多數(shù)是用驢或牛拉著碌砫，到了八十年代驢和牛少了，就開(kāi)始用拖拉機(jī)拉著碌砫碾場(chǎng)，碾完一遍后要翻場(chǎng)，就是把麥桿翻個(gè)過(guò)，把下面沒(méi)有碾上的麥桿再碾一遍。碾過(guò)兩遍的麥桿被碾扁，就叫麥草。緊接著就是起場(chǎng)，人們用杈把麥草翻起來(lái)，堆到一起摞成麥草摞，麥草摞很好看，像一個(gè)個(gè)蒙古包。起完場(chǎng)滿場(chǎng)就剩下麥子和麥衣了，然后人們用木扒把麥子和麥衣推起來(lái)，堆成堆。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 接下來(lái)是揚(yáng)場(chǎng)，就是等下午五、六點(diǎn)鐘時(shí)，吹風(fēng)了開(kāi)始把麥子和麥衣用掀揚(yáng)起來(lái)，風(fēng)把麥衣子吹開(kāi)，麥粒比麥衣重，自然就會(huì)分開(kāi)。揚(yáng)完場(chǎng)把麥子裝袋運(yùn)回家，碾場(chǎng)就徹底完成。 </b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 如今我已年過(guò)五十奔六十，父母已離我而去多年，回想起那個(gè)年代，那些場(chǎng)景，既親切而又讓我傷感，感謝父母一輩子辛苦，養(yǎng)育了我們兒女。愿父母在天之靈安康幸福！</b></h1><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <h1 style="text-align:
